What good is using the app to check in if you arrive at your recommended arrival time and still have to wait an hour and thirty minutes? When my son asked if he could just see another stylist he was told no. Customer service stinks and so does checking in on the app apparently. Ridiculous!

This place sucks.You arrive and they put in there who they want.I even checked in online.7 were ahead of me and I heard them ask each one if they checked in online they said no.I will get the word out that you guys suck
