So this is the second time I have filled this out. On 12.10.17 I was taking my Nephew to get a hair cut for the first time at your store after my sister passed away. We arrived at 1110 at this store The opens at 1130 we were 3rd in line. Door opens, but instead of just getting in line; you all have 2 new log in points. Sure by myself no problem, but went to add my nephew and the machine just hung there. No help, 5 people went by, and still no help from your staff! They just stood there watching. This is a disappointing service desk call, no service, no help, just watch and laugh. Time to change where I get my haircut, and be sure our fan base will also hear about this story.
