Let's be clear... Sport Clips sucks!!! Not the business model, the genre/customer base being aimed for, not even the pricing (though to be honest that is a bit ridiculous too!!). No, the whole process of customer service is deplorable! Such a hang-up about checking in online. If you don't check in on line your treated as second class or worse. News Flash! Not every freaking person has the ability to check-in on line. Yet, do they have the intelligence to allow you to call and place your self on wait? Nope! Your forced to check-in on line or waste all your time to go, check in and then sit for hours to actually get your hair cut. Then when you go there to check-in, they look at you like your.. you guessed it, a second class idiot customer, when your response to their "check-in online" question is: No! It's not possible for me to check-in on line. It's also pathetic that people are constantly taken ahead of others when they are not present and their names are called 5,8,12, 20 times... At the very least, a person should be present to be on the list in order to receive service. That's great, allow on-line check-in to show their intent for coming. I know that helps the manager/staff with planning breaks, etc. But when they arrive and actually check-in, they need to go after everyone else who has already been checked-in and has been waiting forever to receive service. To be clear, the only reason this place is worth going to for a haircut is the staff. Most of the ladies here do a wonderful job and are skilled stylist. If your going for cheap..forget it! If your going for fast... hahahaha... what a joke!! It's also BS that they force you to give them a rating when they are not even good enough to deserve one.

Went in today. 0ne person ahead of me. Others came in and one said he had not registered and still she took him next. I called there hand on it and got a wild eyed look for my effort. There service sucks. How about a response sports clips

Terrible is the only word to use. Just walked in to get a hair cut. We are in a social distancing time. I get that. Staff was wearing mask and I was told I needed one. I’m not sick with any virus. Then I was told there would be a 3 hour wait. There were 3 people standing in proximity of the building and you had staff not doing anything. I am not sick with virus nor do I have time to wait 3 hours for a hair cut. Then to be told that this is the way it will be during this time of social distance. I have used sports clips since it came to Abilene. Normally I wouldn’t even complain, but I had a time issue the last time I visited this place before covid19. Once again nobody was in or outside of the building yet I was on a wait. I will no longer use sports clips and do intend to bring this up with other retirees of the military. Your people and company could use lessons on customer service. There should be a less than 1 star. Thank you for you lack of support
